We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Exercise Physiologist to support patients enrolled in a remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program. In this role, you will monitor patients' vital signs, assess health data, and coordinate timely interventions to promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes. You will play a key role in expanding access to life-changing rehabilitation services through innovative remote patient monitoring (RPM) and telehealth solutions. Working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, you will help patients remain engaged in their recovery while providing personalized guidance and support. You will also contribute to clinical research initiatives and collaborate with technology teams to improve digital care delivery. This remote opportunity is ideal for a patient-focused healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment and is passionate about making rehabilitation more accessible and effective. \n Accountabilities

* Monitor, review, and assess daily patient vital signs, including blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), and peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO₂), to identify potential health concerns and changes in patient status. * Respond promptly to abnormal vital readings by conducting wellness check calls, assessing patient concerns, and following established clinical protocols. * Communicate abnormal readings and relevant patient information to the appropriate care teams through telephone calls, fax, or other approved communication channels. * Support patient adherence to remote vital signs monitoring and rehabilitation programs by encouraging consistent participation and addressing barriers to engagement. * Provide compassionate patient education and guidance to help individuals understand their health data, remain motivated, and take an active role in their recovery. * Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for patient encounters, vital sign reports, and associated billing claims in accordance with established procedures. * Collaborate with fellow Clinical Exercise Physiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams to maintain patient safety, continuity of care, and consistently high clinical standards. * Support clinical studies and research initiatives conducted in partnership with leading healthcare organizations, contributing to the effective delivery and evaluation of innovative rehabilitation models. * Work closely with leadership to improve clinical workflows, strengthen patient engagement, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of remote care delivery. * Partner with technology teams to improve the digital patient experience, troubleshoot issues involving mobile applications, wearable devices, and tablets, and support seamless program participation. * Follow standardized clinical processes while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, documentation quality, and patient outcomes. * Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a patient-first approach when addressing clinical needs, resolving challenges, and supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

* A bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or an equivalent discipline; a master's degree is preferred. * At least one year of relevant clinical experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in-person cardiopulmonary rehabilitation facility, with a demonstrated record of strong performance. * Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) is preferred. * Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, cardiovascular health, pulmonary conditions, exercise science, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation principles. * Ability to interpret vital sign measurements, recognize abnormal readings, identify potential clinical concerns, and escalate issues appropriately in accordance with established protocols. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and provide clear guidance to patients with diverse healthcare needs. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when monitoring patient data, documenting clinical encounters, managing follow-ups, and completing billing-related tasks. * Proficiency with mobile technology and digital health platforms, including the ability to guide patients through remote monitoring programs and troubleshoot common issues with wearable devices and tablets. * Ability to follow standardized workflows, maintain accurate clinical records, and manage recurring responsibilities consistently. * A proactive, self-directed working style, with the ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing healthcare environment. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clinicians, operational teams, technology specialists, and other stakeholders. * A genuine commitment to patient-centered care, continuous improvement, and the use of technology to expand access to effective rehabilitation services. * Preferred: Spanish language proficiency to support communication with a broader patient population. * Preferred: Experience participating in clinical studies or research initiatives. * Preferred: Previous experience working remotely or delivering care through telehealth and digital health platforms.

Benefits

* Competitive hourly compensation: $20-$27 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. * Remote work flexibility: Deliver patient care remotely while supporting a modern digital rehabilitation program. * Meaningful clinical impact: Help improve access to cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation for patients who may otherwise face barriers to traditional in-person care. * Innovative healthcare environment: Work at the intersection of clinical practice, remote patient monitoring, data, and digital health technology. * Collaborative clinical team: Partner with fellow healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams committed to patient safety and quality care. * Research involvement: Contribute to clinical studies and initiatives designed to advance remote rehabilitation and improve patient outcomes. * Professional development: Gain experience in telehealth, remote monitoring workflows, digital care delivery, and emerging healthcare technologies. * Opportunity to influence innovation: Collaborate with leadership and technology teams to improve clinical processes and patient experiences. * Patient-centered culture: Join a mission-driven environment that emphasizes compassion, accessibility, engagement, and meaningful improvements in patient health.
