The role supports a range of client engagements, requiring someone who can adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and strengthen security operations across diverse platforms.Responsibilities:• Oversee and support security operations across client environments, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and endpoint systems.• Configure, manage, and optimize firewall and access control technologies to protect business-critical systems.• Perform security reviews to identify risks, document findings, and help develop practical remediation plans.• Contribute to disaster recovery readiness by validating backup processes and supporting recovery testing activities.• Assist with vulnerability identification, system hardening efforts, and ongoing improvements to security posture.• Take part in onboarding new clients by evaluating existing environments and recommending security-focused enhancements, including occasional onsite assessments.• Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives by helping implement controls, preparing documentation, and assisting with audit readiness.• Partner with engineering and technical teams to improve security processes, maintain protections, and address operational issues.• Strengthen identity and access management practices through support of authentication tools, user access controls, and related security measures.• Stay informed on evolving cyber threats, tools, and best practices to continuously improve client security environments.
