Role Description & Responsibilities
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Director of Structural Simulation to lead an engineering team and drive ABAQUS and 3DEXPERIENCE adoption across the High Tech sector. This role combines technical leadership with presales, business development, and team management translating customer engineering challenges into high-value software solutions.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on Structural Simulation.
10+ years with structural simulation tools, featuring expert-level Abaqus skills and 5+ years with the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform .
5+ years in technical presales or software sales using value-based selling methodologies.
Deep knowledge of High-Tech sectors: consumer electronics, wearables, PCBs, semiconductors, batteries and an established industry network.
5+ years managing or mentoring technical professionals in customer engagement and sales execution.
Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in simulation workflows, paired with excellent executive presentation skills.
