Base Plate Straightening: The contingent will be responsible for flattening DH mainframe centers by utilizing a laser, torch, and crane. Lower Roller Install: The contingent will be responsible for putting our rollers and rock guards onto the side frames by use of a crane and torque tools Tail Rail Fabrication: The contingent will be responsible for tack welding our tail rails together. This job requires the use of a crane and welding Track Frame Center Fabrication: The contingent will be responsible for loading all of the Track Frame Center part into the fixture for a welder to weld along with tacking in the bottom ring during loading. This job requires the use of a crane and welding.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in parts installation, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, blueprint reading, and adeptness with pneumatic and hand-operated tools and torque equipment are essential.
